You’re already getting the hair done, the makeup done, the spray tan, the bougie outfit, not to mention working yourself to the bone to get to your peak physique… why wouldn’t you want to capture this moment professionally?
That’s exactly what this Ottawa Body Builder did. Alice did the CPA Naturals Physique Ottawa Body Building competition this past June and holy hell she rocked it!

Anyway, we did a little outdoor session at Algonquin College Gardens, which was beyond stunning for this shoot! Here’s some of the highlights:
Honestly, Alice’s shoot was incredibly inspiring and I got to hear all about her 22 weeks of prep for her Ottawa body building show. The tremendous highs and lows of the game… It’s mentally and physically draining, but beyond motivating and gave her an unspeakable sense of pride. Her dedication to her journey is truly unmatched.
