You’ve booked your boudoir session with Lindsey M Boudoir and now you’re wondering what to wear… Short answer, wear what makes you feel good. Long answer, let’s get into it!
The Client Closet
The Lindsey M Boudoir Experience is truly a luxury, and it wouldn’t be if I didn’t have a client closet! I’ve got TONS of stunning pieces for my clients to wear for their boudoir session, ranging from XS-4X. Don’t worry, they get washed after every wear and you must wear a nude thong underneath for obvious sanitation reasons.
You’re more than welcome to pick from my client closet – here’s a peek of what I’ve got in here!
You’ve seen the preview of my client closet, but that doesn’t mean you have to pick something from me. You can bring your own things too if you’d prefer. Either way, I’ve got a few tips though to help you decide what to wear!
What to wear and what Not to Wear for your Boudoir Session
Wear High-Waisted Items
Make sure whatever you wear shows off your best assets… yes I mean you ass. High waisted outfits perfectly frame your bum. They also help to hold in the belly for those who don’t love theirs.
Wear One Black Outfit
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE to add colour to your session… but black outfits go with everything in the studio – especially coloured sheets. Plus, they play so well with shadows and your stunning self will be the star of the show
White for Brides
You don’t have to be a bride to wear white lingerie for your session, but if you are a bride-to-be, you’ve got to at least wear one white outfit! Add it to my Bridal Exclusive Set for a gift your spouse will love
Open Back Outfits
Especially with me as your photographer, you want to wear something that shows off your back. I absolutely love to play with shadows on your skin and your back is one of the best places. Don’t cover it up!
Avoid Loose Items
It might feel more comfortable for you if you’ve got some insecurities, but please rely on me. I will help you pose to perfection but if you wear something really baggy, it’ll all be for nothing. Just stick to tight or stretchy lingerie and I promise you’ll look and feel amazing
